🔄 Replacement Policy

We offer a 6-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Replacement requests must be raised within 6 days of receiving the product.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories intact.
❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Products that have been used, cleaned, or altered after delivery.

Requests raised after 6 days from the delivery date.
💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

COD orders are not eligible for refunds; replacement will be provided if approved.

Reverse pickup depends on serviceability of your location.
